VALUES
Who are we?
Commonly held values undergird, influence and clarify what we do and why we do it. The Bible encourages us to be “like-minded” and “one in spirit and purpose.” We are committed to developing and pursuing these values. The following core values define who we are as Great Life Church and what we are committed to.
What values do we live by as a church?

PERSONAL AND COMMUNITY WORSHIP
We believe that our whole lives are worship unto God, so we embrace lifestyles of worship when we are by ourselves, and when we are with the church community.

Whether it be making a customer a coffee, dropping kids off at school, balancing a client's books, or singing together at a Sunday Service, we choose to glorify God in all that we do.
ROOM FOR CONNECTION
We believe that if we really value connecting with God and with others, then we need to create room for it.

The last thing we want is for you to have to rush off after the service without connecting with the community!

So we have created room for connection with a Coffee and Connect time before the service and lunch after the service EVERY WEEK!

AUTHENTICITY IS INVITING
We believe that the best you is the real you.
People don't want a facade - and we don't either!

So we champion a church that embraces joy and sorrow, strength and weakness, vulnerability and resilience.

The real and authentic you is what will invite healing, wholeness, restoration, and joy!

PEOPLE OVER PROCESS
We believe that God values people way more than He does process.

So if we need to change something so more people are included - we will. If we need to start 5 minutes late so we can pray with someone - we will.

Loving people is central to the gospel, so we take it seriously.
EMPOWERING FAMILIES
Family life can be both amazingly rich, and terribly hard all at the same time. So we believe that caring for and empowering families is a non-negotiable!

When you are at Great Life, you are more than just a number, you are part of a bigger family - so we will stand with you through the highs and the lows of family life.
We want to help you thrive as a family.

GENEROSITY IS
THE RESPONSE
We are so incredibly blessed by the generosity that God has shown to us, so we want to pay-it-forward!
We don't want to be a stingy church - in our time, finances or encouragement.
So we are guided by the truth that 'freely we have been given, so freely we give.'
Therefore, generosity is our heart's response to God's goodness.
